From the Modeling tab, open the forecast HEC-MetVue in CWMS

Forecast Window

There are two Forecast Runs, both using the same HEC-HMS, HEC-ResSim, and HEC-RAS model alternatives. However, each Forecast Run is using a different HEC-MetVue model alternative:

Future Rain

QPF

No Future Rain

NoQPF

Note that each Forecast Run is currently set to compute through the HEC-MetVue model alternative and to skip running the remaining model alternatives.

To reduce clutter in the CAVI forecast map window, turn off the Time Series Icon layer by opening the Map Layers dialog from the Maps menu and unchecking the box next to the Time Series Icons layer.

Also, to better view the HEC-MetVue basin average labels, the HEC-HMS, HEC-ResSim, and HEC-RAS model elements can be turned off temporarily using the Map Layers dialog.

If model alternative are skipped when trying to compute, hold the ctrl button at the same time while pressing the compute button to force a recompute.
