Collaboration

The environmental quality modeling capabilities (water quality and riparian vegetation) have been developed in a collaboration between the Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC), the U.S. Army Engineer Research & Development Center's Environmental Laboratory (ERDC-EL), LimnoTech, Inc., Portland State University (PSU), and Resource Management Associates, Inc. (RMA), with assistance and support from USACE Divisions and Districts, including Northwest Division, Portland District, and Kansas City District.
