HEC-HMS

HEC-HMS is extensively used by the Corps for watershed flow and sediment modeling, in support of water management and water resource planning.

HEC-HMS is being enhanced to simulate water temperature and user-defined general constituent concentration for overland flow, as well as for streams and reservoirs to support characterizing watershed-scale impacts to improve water management for environmental and ecosystem benefits.

Development on this work unit is ongoing and anticipated to be complete in FY21.
