The current implementation of the Flow Contingency Factor is not quite as originally designed. Testing has revealed that the Contingency Factor is currently being applied to the limit of the rule rather than to the cumulative local flow at the control point.
Look for this to be corrected in a future version of ResSim. If your model uses this feature, the correction will cause the newer ResSim to produce different results than the current version does.

During the final testing and documentation effort for the Version 3.3 release of HEC-ResSim, it was found that the data entry panel for the Working R&D routing method is incomplete and non-functional. Since it has been this way for some time without a bug report from the user community, it will be removed from future releases rather than corrected.
